Hi, I’m Audrey Lohr.

I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner, certified in Functional Medicine.

My passion lies in helping people flourish in the full articulation of their wellbeing.

I was born and raised in Vermont, and currently reside in the Connecticut River Valley of the Green Mountain State, along the border of New Hampshire. My husband, son and I live on an organic farm along with fields of vibrant vegetables, happy flocks of chickens and herds of sheep, and an enthusiastic farm dog! When I’m not practicing medicine, you’ll find me enjoying the seasons with my family and friends.

The art and science of wellness has always been central to my work. My nursing career started as a registered nurse in a busy women’s health practice, and also offered me opportunities to practice home health pediatric nursing and inpatient internal medicine. I later pursued my Masters of Science in Nursing through Simmons College, where I received awards for excellence of achievement and professional development, and excellence in clinical practice. As a family nurse practitioner I have worked in family practice and internal medicine, serving as a primary care provider across the lifespan for the better half of the past decade.

As a functional medicine practitioner, certified through the Institute of Functional Medicine, I have had the privilege to infuse functional medicine into the primary care population I serve, and to work in an exclusive functional medicine practice with local colleagues. My experience has shown me first-hand the powerful potential that lies within the framework of functional medicine, as many clients have experienced vital and lasting transformations in their health.

I founded Flora Functional Medicine with the intention to create a highly personalized health care experience, one that aligns with the pace and preferences of each individual. At Flora, we can indulge in the time and energy necessary to explore what needs attunement for you in this time in your life, and help you feel aligned as you find presence and take the next steps along your path.
